Sam Roi Yot Centre (SRY)
Sam Roi Yot Centre (SRY)
SRY is our coastal centre, based at Green Beach Resort with direct access to the beach and nearby conservation areas. The setting allows for a balanced programme combining environmental learning, outdoor activities, and time for reflection.
Students engage with both marine and terrestrial ecosystems, including nearby conservation initiatives focused on wildlife and habitat protection. The location supports a mix of structured learning and recreational activities, making it well suited for groups looking for variety within a single programme.

Accommodation is usually in The Green Beach Resort although we sometimes use The Beach Box Resort if we need additional accommodation. Both are very comfortable with swimming pools and are located very near the beach. Students will be housed in triple rooms with twin rooms if needed

There is a large restaurant and meals will be served buffet style… because of the coast, seafood is a must (but allergies will be noted of course) Water is provided at all meals (and there are several water stations around the student village)
We are very used to special requests and provide vegetarian, Halal, and other alternatives.
We will ask for any particular dietary requirements and allergies before your arrival, but please note, that we do have a general ‘no nut’ policy for all student food. A couple of things would help out our staff considerably.
Buffet etiquette. Since most meals will be ‘buffet-style’ students are asked not to ‘pile’ food on their plates, the chafing dishes are quickly emptied and other students are left waiting. Students can return to the buffet as often as they like, so initially taking ‘sensible’ helpings would be appreciated. At the end of the meal, dirty plates and cutlery should be taken to hatch near the kitchen.

Bamboo Club
The Bamboo Club is a large room area given over to students. There is table tennis, various games and is a place to relax and chat.
