Maekok River Village Centre (MRV)

There are three accommodation villas with a total of 17 eight-bed Dormitories. Each room is air-conditioned and has two bathrooms. There are thirteen teachers rooms altogether – 7 singles and 6 double-bed rooms. These are hotel quality with en-suite bathrooms, A/C, TV, and a fridge. Should more teacher rooms be required, then the additional staff will be accommodated in the resort. From September 2028, we will be adding 20 ‘premium’ students rooms and 12 extra teachers’ rooms. This will increase our overall capacity to over 200 students and 25 teachers.

Our student restaurant has wonderful expansive views across the Fang Valley to the Wa Wee Mountains. Breakfast combines Asian and western foods, lunch is a Thai-Western Buffet and evening meals will generally be Thai although ‘chicken and chips’ and ‘hamburgers’ are served a couple of times during the week. Water is provided throughout the day. We will ask for any particular dietary requirements and allergies before your arrival, but we do have a general nut-free and no shellfish policy for all student food.

The ‘Bamboo Club’ comprises a large, social area with a kiosk selling drinks snacks and ice creams. There is a snooker room, table tennis room with two tables, half-court basketball, beach volleyball and football etc. The swimming pool for the exclusive use of students is perfect for a splash or for water volleyball.
